IELT respects your rights to privacy and complies with its obligation under the General Data Protect Regulation (GDPR)
This privacy statement will help you understand how we deal with any personal data you provide to us.
We will not collect any personal information about you on this website without your consent. Any personal information which you volunteer to us will be treated with the highest standards of data security in accordance with the GDPR. By visiting our website, you are accepting the terms of our website privacy statement.

What type of information do we collect?
We do not collect any information about you apart from information that you volunteer to IELT e.g. by filling out the contact us section on our website. If you send us an email, we may collect your name, email address and any other information which you choose to give us. We do not share your personal information to third parties, unless specified by us or obliged to disclose by law. Any information you provide is used solely for the purposes for which it is provided.
Any information you provide will be processed and stored securely for no longer than is necessary. We will comply with our obligations and safeguard you rights under the GDPR at all times.



What are your rights as a Data Subject?
The GDPR sets out the following rights of a data subject:

Right to be informed: you have a right to be informed about our collection and use of personal data.
The right to access – You have the right to request IELT for copies of your personal data.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that IELT correct any personal data you believe is inaccurate.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that IELT erase your personal data where there is no compelling reason to continue processing. This right only applies under certain conditions.
Right to withdraw consent: Under the new regulation consent should be freely given, specific, informed and provided via an unambiguous indication. Where we have relied upon your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that IELT restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to IELT’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You can request us to provide your personal data to you in a format which enables you to transfer that personal data to another organisation. You may have the right to have your personal data transferred by us directly to third party organisations if this is technically feasible

We recognise that data protection is of major importance for all our clients.
All information you provide is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encryption whenever possible.

Disclosure of personal data to Third Parties
We may sometimes share your data with a third party to supply services on our behalf. Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights.
